NESHIMA was created with events in mind. Our desire to create community and bring people together to heal, to grow, to laugh and to connect are the cornerstones of our ethos.

In alignment with this, our space was designed and decorated to instil a sense of peace, a sense of calm, a sense of belonging.

With divine light streaming through our windows, and an openness to set up your own event as you have envisioned it — we welcome you to hire our space and bring together your community within ours.

CAPACITY

The NESHIMA hire space is 40m² and can be configured to suite almost any event.

Depending on the type of event you plan to host, the space can hold a number of guests from a small intimate event to more presentation style events which would have a capacity of 30.

As a rough guide we estimate the space can accommodate:

Hands-on active workshop where you may need space to move and demonstrate/ add props up to 12 guests

Yoga, Sound bath or Movement class
up to 20 guests

Circle format
up to 15 guests on yoga mats

Seated for speaking events
up to 30 guests

EVENT PACKAGES

We offer a number of packages to suit one-off or regular monthly events

All booked events include

  • Every event includes an Instagram post + story

  • Your event + booking link up on our website (only if booked in for one of the multiple event packages)

  • Flyers welcomed to be left in our reception area at NESHIMA

  • Use of kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities

  • Use of herbal organic teas, teapots and cups

  • Easy FREE on street parking for all your guests

  • Hire will include use of all amenities, power, furniture and wifi


ONE OFF EVENT

  • Available Saturday + Sunday all day. Friday + Monday evenings from 5.30pm onwards.

    • One Instagram/Facebook Post of your event on Neshima page

    • A story and shoutout leading up to your event

    • Flyers welcomed to be left in our reception area at Neshima

  • Per Hour (2hr min) - $90
    1/2 Day (4 hrs) - $300
    Full Day (8 hrs) - $550
    Weekend hire (Sat & Sun) - $950

Align

  • The Align Package is ideal if you wish
    to hold an event every 3 to 4 months

    Available Saturday + Sunday all day. Friday + Monday evenings from 5.30pm onwards.

    • Your Event will be up on our website with a booking link

    • One Instagram/Facebook Post of your event on Neshima page

    • A story and shoutout leading up to each of your three events

    • Flyers welcomed to be left in our reception area at Neshima

  • Per Hour (2hr min) - $80 per event
    1/2 Day (4 hrs) - $375 per event
    Full Day (8 hrs) - $500 per event
    Weekend hire (Sat & Sun) - $850 per event
    All Rates include GST

SACRED

  • We recommend this package if you wish to book an event every 2 months

    Available Saturday + Sunday all day. Friday + Monday evenings from 5.30pm onwards.

    • 2x Instagram/Facebook Posts of your event on Neshima page

    • A story and shoutout leading up to each of your three events

    • Flyers welcomed to be left in our reception area at Neshima

    • 2 hr complimentary hire to take photos of your event set up to build your content prior to launching

  • Per Hour (2hr min) - $70 per event
    1/2 Day (4 hrs) - $250 per event
    Full Day (8 hrs) - $450 per event
    Weekend hire (Sat & Sun) - $750 per event
    All Rates include GST

nirvana

  • We recommend this package if you wish to book monthly events

    Available Saturday + Sunday all day. Friday + Monday evenings from 5.30pm onwards.

    • Your Event will be up on our website with a booking link

    • 3x Instagram/Facebook Posts on Neshima page

    • A story and shoutout leading up to each of your ten events

    • Flyers welcomed to be left in our reception area at Neshima

    • 2 hr complimentary hire to take photos of your event set up to build your content prior to launching

    • 1/2 hr complimentary setup and pack down time on either side of your event

  • Per Hour (2hr min) - $60 per event
    1/2 Day (4 hrs) - $225 per event
    Full Day (8 hrs) - $400 per event
    Weekend hire (Sat & Sun) - $650 per event
    All Rates include GST
