נשימה
meaning breathe (in Hebrew)
Imagine a space, filled with warm light, awash with dreamy energy, grounded in integrity and devotion.
Welcome to NESHIMA, a space created for you to take a breath, to slow down, to unwind and to heal.
The vision of a deeply nurturing space was held by Jade Atia for many years, her heart-centred dream almost a living thing inside her being. However the concept hovered on hold until everything aligned and finally it was the perfect time for it to become reality manifest.
Jade’s vision solidified into a serene sanctuary, the styling and decor paying homage to Moroccan and Hebrew heritage. Like attracts like and wise and intuitive practitioners began to feel the call to land here, to nestle into the treatment rooms and open their doors to new clients.
Come here for healing
Come here for stillness
Come here to be seen and heard
Neshima means to breathe. WE invite you to step inside and exhale.

Meet the owner, director & creator of Neshima
NESHIMA started as a spark of an idea, a dream nestled in Jade’s heart, a divine vision which was brought to her over a decade ago where she intuitively felt her business needed to be part of something bigger, collaborative and healing.
The seed was planted and Jade gently allowed the idea to grow at its own speed. Finally many years later, that vision has been realised and has manifested as the NESHIMA Collective.
Jade knew Brisbane needed a wellness space which was inclusive, which was holistic, which would inspire people to look at healing and health differently.
By bringing together a collective of wise, intuitive, knowledgeable practioners in myriad of modalities — NESHIMA would be a space where the mind/body/spirit connection would be honoured.
From beauty treatments to energy work to therapy, NESHIMA aims to create a web of connection between the external and the internal.
Jade’s own journey is interwoven in the creation process of this space. With a deep reverence for low tox and safe beauty practices (which she has built into her hair salon business), she understood that people were seeking more.
In addition, it is clear the world is at a place where everything is shifting and changing. There is a collective shift bringing people back to themselves and their true nature. We are being called to heal old wounds and restore the balance between ourselves and nature. Back then at the beginning of her idea, Jade didn’t realise why she was having this vision, but understood the strength of the calling. Only now after the events of the last few years — she can see how essential and imperative it is to have spaces like NESHIMA.
More depth in the connection between mind and body
More kindness and inclusivity in healing spaces
More understanding of the unique path of each person
Her persistence was unwavering and slowly NESHIMA went from an idea to a physical embodiment of her vision.
”I knew, deep in my being, that we as a collective needed NESHIMA and I am so proud of what we have created as it is what the world deeply needs right now. Please come in and experience it for yourself.”
With love
